RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR                                                         
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE         
Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of Mrs. Rosalie       
Manning, with effect from the 23 January 2012.                                  
The board would like to thank Mrs. Manning for her valuable contribution        
during her time on the board, which in part lead to the turnaround of the       
company over the past three years.                                              
The company will be appointing additional independent non-executive directors   
in due course.
